Payment and cancellation/refund policy

These terms apply to registration for Every Ability. Every Background. Every Child. in Kuala Lumpur on 22 Aug 2026.

Registration and payment

The per-participant price and any early-bird tier are shown in the registration summary, excluding the displayed payment processing fee. The workshop fee includes the items described on the registration page.

Please complete payment immediately after submitting your registration. Your seat will only be confirmed once payment has been successfully received. A registration or payment attempt does not guarantee a seat until the server confirms payment.

Seat holds

A payment checkout carries a 10-minute server-issued seat hold. When the deadline passes, the hold enters payment verification before it can be released. If the hold expires unpaid, a resume link may be sent to the lead registrant; resumed registration is subject to current availability.

Cancellation and refunds

There are no refunds within 7 days of the event. The refund cutoff is 15 August 2026.

For an approved participant refund before the cutoff, the refundable principal is that participant's recorded price less their allocated share of any registration discount. The customer-paid processing fee is non-refundable. Any fee withheld by the payment provider may further reduce the amount returned.

Refunds are handled manually. Please contact the organiser with the registration email address and participant name. Removing a participant does not reopen their seat until the refund is completed.

Invoices and official receipts

If requested at registration, the billing details are captured for organiser follow-up. Selecting an invoice or official receipt does not create a manual or deferred-payment path; payment is still completed through the secure hosted checkout.
